Stable in harsh environments ARI urethanes remain stable performers in a broad range of adverse conditions: Flexible at low temperatures. Depending upon the formulation, ARI urethanes remain quite flexible even in Arctic-like temperatures. In addition, they have proven to be remarkably resistant to thermal shock, and withstand sudden and drastic temperature drops without cracking. Stable up to 250° F. PSI urethanes can be formulated to withstand continuous use at maximum temperatures of 200° to 250° F. Won’t swell or deteriorate in water. ARI urethanes remain stable even when immersed in water as warm as 120° F for very long periods. (Not recommended for continuous use in water hotter than 160° F). They absorb practically no water: approximately 0.3 to 1.0 percent by weight, and show negligible swell in volume even after prolonged immersion. Electrical properties. PSI urethanes are frequently specified because of their excellent insulating properties. However, if desirable, certain fillers can be added to increase their conductivity. Resistant to ozone and oxygen. ARI urethanes are virtually immune to attack from ozone and oxygen. This makes them the ideal performer around electrical equipment without the cracking and hardening associated with conventional elastomers and plastics. Wide resistance to oil, grease and chemicals. ARI urethanes are resistant to a wider range of chemicals and substances than many rubbers and plastics. Often they are more suitable when contacting certain solvents, oils and chemicals. ARI URETHANES - 40° F 32° F 250° F - 40° C 0° C 110° C Maximum recommended continuous operating temperatures.*

Banana Bow Rollers are used for wrinkle removing & also for removing slack edges, slit separation. Banana Bow Rollers used for Manufacturing and converting of Paper, foils, films, plastic Tyre cord, textile. Applications before winding, before coating, before slitting, after slitting for slit separation. Rubber covered for abrasion resistance, high speed applications, foot mounting or Flange mounting.
Bow rolls are known as banana rolls, spreader rolls, curve rubber expander, useful for removing of wrinkles, slack edges, spreading and slit separation. Most of the expander rolls are driven by web tension itself without any extra drive. These are used in textile processing machines, plastic converting machines, paper industries, in manufacturing, processing, printing, laminating, coating, batching, winding and re-winding. Further, our range is quality tested in order to make sure that these meet the international industrial standards.
Banana roll / Bow roll / spreader roll / curve bar expander / camber roll / mount Hope type roll / Segmented type metallic bow Roll.
We offer quality Rubber Curve Bar Expander Rolls, which are used for removing wrinkles from textile Processing machines such as calendars,, dyeing, bleaching machines, drying ranges, stenters and bow web straighter
